1. What we offer

Dirassa provides:

  • Video-on-demand online courses (pre-recorded).
  • 1-to-1 coaching (to be introduced later).
  • Certificates of completion for certain courses after meeting the stated criteria.
  • Access models: (a) one-time course purchase with lifetime access to that course; (b) monthly all-access subscription; (c) annual all-access subscription.
    Unless explicitly stated, content is streaming-only (no downloads allowed).

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • The service is for 18+. Users under 18 require verifiable parental consent; we may request date of birth and a parent/guardian’s full name and phone number.
  • One account is for one person. You’re responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. License and IP

  • All course videos, text, graphics, audio, and branding are owned by Dirassa or its licensors.
  • We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to stream content for your own learning.
  • Strictly prohibited: sharing your login; recording, copying, scraping, re-uploading, reselling, or publicly displaying our content; removing DRM/technical measures.

Legal notice (Morocco): Unauthorized reproduction/communication of protected works may result in civil damages and court-ordered measures (destruction, confiscation, injunctions) under Law No. 2-00 on Copyright and Related Rights (as amended); willful infringement for commercial purposes is punishable by 2–6 months imprisonment and MAD 10,000–100,000 fine; repeat offenses within five years can rise to 1–4 years and MAD 60,000–600,000 plus ancillary measures (e.g., publication of judgment, temporary closure). 4. Prices, currency, taxes & payment methods

  • Prices are listed and charged primarily in MAD (Moroccan dirham).
  • Cards (local & international) are processed via Payzone; international cards may incur bank currency conversion fees.
  • Payzone CASH is available: customers receive a token to pay cash at partner points (e.g., retail networks). Access is granted once the cash payment is confirmed. Payzone
  • PayPal: where offered, amounts may appear in EUR (PayPal does not currently support MAD in some flows).
  • TVA (VAT) is shown on invoices where applicable.
  • Bank transfer may be offered case-by-case; access is activated on receipt of funds.

5. Delivery of digital content

  • For card/PayPal payments, access is generally immediate after successful authorization.
  • For Payzone CASH/bank transfer, access starts after payment confirmation.

6. Subscriptions (auto-renew, cancellation, refunds)

  • Auto-renew: Monthly and annual plans automatically renew.
  • Cancellation:
    • Monthly: cancel ≥ 7 days before the next billing date.
    • Annual: cancel ≥ 1 month before the next billing date.
    • Temporary method: send an e-mail to [email protected] with your account e-mail and full name (we’ll add in-app cancellation later).
  • Post-renewal refunds: If no usage occurred after the renewal, we refund the renewal; if there was usage, no refund.

7. One-time course purchases & refunds

  • Lifetime access to the specific course you purchase.
  • Refunds: We refund only if 0% of the course was accessed/streamed (we check progress/stream logs). Once any lesson is accessed/streamed, no refund.
  • Moroccan consumer protection Law 31-08 grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts within a set period (commonly 7 days), subject to applicable exceptions. 8. Coaching (future feature)

  • 1-to-1 sessions will have separate booking, rescheduling, and no-show rules presented at checkout.

9. Fair use & prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share accounts, circumvent access controls, or exceed normal streaming use.
  • Use bots/scrapers, interfere with the site, or upload malware.
  • Infringe IP or privacy rights, or violate applicable laws.

10. Disclaimers

  • Courses are for education only; no guarantee of specific outcomes (jobs, grades, income).
  • Service is provided “as is” and “as available”; we don’t promise uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dirassa and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
